FOR WHOM ?
- The school exectuve management has defined a list of priority courses for accessing on-campus housing:
- Polytechnique students in the engineering cycle have access to individual studios called "caserts," either in the Demi-Lunes buildings or in the "Cubes" of the Lemonnier residence.
- Bachelor's program students are also allocated housing in Building 103, in a shared apartment with 4 to 5 studios.
- Students participating in an international exchange program with École polytechnique can request on-campus housing through their exchange program.
- Students enrolled in the MSCT program can express their housing request through their program. Spaces are limited, and the criteria for obtaining housing are defined by the program.
- Interns and other students attending a training program at École polytechnique can also submit a housing request. This request must be made exclusively through a contact person at the school (laboratory or program). Approval depends on availability.
- Military and civilian staff may request on-campus accommodation based on availability.
ACCOMODATIONS
- Rent for on-campus housing ranges from 510 to 700 euros for learners. Each year, rent is adjusted according to the IRL (rental reference index).
- For staff housing at École polytechnique, please contact the housing service to learn about accommodation conditions and rent amounts.
- Each accommodation includes a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
- Provided furniture includes a bed, a wardrobe, a hanging rail, a bookshelf, a desk, and an office chair.
- Charges included in the rent cover electricity, water, heating, unlimited internet (via Wi-Fi), and home insurance.
- A laundry room is accessible at the base of each building.
- Bedding is not provided, but the equipment service offers a bedding kit for sale at the price of 59 euros, including a pillow, fitted sheet, duvet, and duvet cover.

HOUSING SERVICE HOURS
8:30 am - 12:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and until 4:15 pm on Fridays.
Closed to the public on Thursday afternoons (except for emergencies) and weekends.
