Applications can only be made online

Documents to enclose with your online application:

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

• Photo ID
• Official document proving the applicant's nationality: copy of passport or identity card
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Letter of motivation
• List of courses taken
• All official transcripts since the start of your higher education studies
• Certificate of school attendance for the current year
• Application form for the competition
• Two letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation are an important part of the assessment of your academic record. You must provide the name, position and email address of at least two professors or supervisors who are familiar with your academic work.

OPTIONAL DOCUMENTS

• Official certificates of diplomas and degrees obtained
• Proof of awards and distinctions listed in the application form
• Proof of results of the language tests indicated in the application form

DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED IF YOU ARE DECLARED ELIGIBLE

• Financial Resources Form

All official documents (academic certificates, transcripts, diplomas) must be translated into English or French and certified as true copies of the original documents.
