Graham Carl
Carl Graham is a CNRS researcher and a lecturer at the École Polytechnique. His research focuses on stochastic modeling, particularly as applied to communication networks and their algorithms. He is based at the Centre de Mathématiques Appliquées of the École Polytechnique.
