École Polytechnique ranks 30th among the world's top universities in the Times Higher Education's 2021 Employability Ranking, as it did the previous year.

This ranking, which covers 250 higher education and research institutions in 43 countries, including 17 in France, selects the universities which the recruiters at top international companies think are the best at preparing students for the workplace.

The achievements of École Polytechnique in terms of the employability of its graduates are once again highlighted after its results in the broader framework of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, which ranked 12th worldwide in the QS Employability 2021 survey.

The "First Job Survey" conducted among X2014 students, released in May 2021, confirmed the School’s achievements in terms of the employability of the graduates of the Ingénieur Polytechnicien Program, 80% of whom were recruited before completing their studies.

The second "First Job Survey" of the École polytechnique's Master of Science and Technology (MSc&T) graduates also highlighted the strong recognition the program has already gained among employers. Two-thirds of the students were recruited before the end of their studies and 82% of them working in companies.
