JOINING THE INCUBATOR

It means benefiting from a dedicated and collaborative workspace for your team, our entrepreneurial expertise programme, the centre's technological resources, the skills of our network and connections to our environment at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris and the Paris-Saclay plateau.

What are the objectives of the program?

• Structure and de-risk your entrepreneurial project
• Develop your Minimum Viable Product
• Find your first customers
• Prepare your first fundraising
• Expand your start-up network

Who can apply?

• Open to all innovative technological projects (Polytechnic students or not)

Priority target sectors (any project with strong technological stakes will be studied)

• GreenTech | Industry 4.0 | HeathTech | New mobilities

How is it done?

• Intensive training program (3 times/week in person)
• 2 weeks of pre-incubation
• 10 months of incubation
• 5% equity investment in the start-up.

 
The strong points?

• Customized technological and business support, with a personalized mentoring program (3 mentors per start-up)
• Customized coaching to guide and challenge you,
• Networking meetings with investors (venture capital funds, family offices, business angels)
• Access to the X-FAB, our prototyping and pre-industrialization space (more than 50 machines available on 1000 m2)
• Training and expertise of dedicated engineers for prototyping,
• The constant support of a multidisciplinary team (scientific expertise, manufacturing, legal, communication, marketing, etc.) dedicated to your project
• Proven experience in supporting startups: 119 to date with great success (Sensome, Forssea Robotics, Neolithe, Lixo..).
• The connection to the ecosystem of the École Polytechnique and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris (alumni, students, start-ups, partners, investors, experts, entrepreneurs in residence, etc.)
• The proximity of our research centers, our partners excubated and access to internal and external events

• In May > Online information session with start-up testimonials (1 to 2 pm)
• July 03/04 > Selection pitches
• Septembre 03/14 > Pre-incubation program
• September 19/20 > Start of the incubation period
• October 09, 2023 to July 12, 2024 > Incubation period
• June 30, 2024 > Meeting with the network of investors
