X-founded biotech Stilla Technologies acquired by US Bio-Rad Labs for $225 million
Stilla Technologies, co-founded and managed by Rémi Dangla (X2005), specializes in developing high-precision genetic analysis systems for research and medical diagnostics. Twelve years after its creation, the company was acquired by the American Bio-Rad Laboratories.

L'X and MBZUAI sign MoU focusing on IA

École Polytechnique Executive Education to train French business leaders in AI
École Polytechnique Executive Education will train MEDEF business leaders in Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as organizing “learning expeditions” on the theme of quantum and cybersecurity. This mission was entrusted to X-EXED following a collaboration agreement between the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, of which École Polytechnique is a founding member, and the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF), the main French business organisation.

Samsung Healthcare acquires a start-up spun off from École Polytechnique’s research
Sonio, the result of mathematical research carried out at the Centre for Applied Mathematics (CMAP), is developing a solution to support practitioners in the conduct of fetal ultrasound and antenatal diagnosis. Automated with the help of artificial intelligence, this tool aims to detect anomalies in real time, or after the examination to remove any doubt. Launched in 2020, its acquisition by the medical subsidiary of Korean giant Samsung has just been finalized.
