From May 31st to June 2nd, at the premises of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, Natalia Pietruszewska, a Master of Science & Technology student at École Polytechnique, and Abu Bakar Ali, a Bachelor student at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), both represented the EuroTeQ Engineering University, of which École Polytechnique is a founding member. The European Students' Assembly brought together over a hundred students from European universities.
École polytechnique ranks 45th in the 2023 global ranking of the Round University Ranking (RUR), which lists the best higher education institutions worldwide, and takes the top spot among the listed French institutions.
École Polytechnique organized a five-day boot camp for the 35 postdoctoral researchers enrolled in the EuroTech Postdoc2 fellowship program. Building on the success of the Blockchain Starter Program, launched in 2022, to understand the strategic, economic and legal issues of this technology, École Polytechnique Executive Education, completes its offer on Blockchain and launches the "Blockchain Advanced Program Decentralized Finance (DeFi)" certification program.
The French Chemists Tournament 2023, organized at École Polytechnique, brought together nine teams from nine different French higher education institutions. Derived from the format of the International Physicists' Tournament, TFChim is opened to higher education students in chemistry.

The founding partner institutions of Alliance, including École Polytechnique, celebrated the 20th anniversary of their international collaboration on March 13, 2023, in Paris. On the occasion, a conference on climate change brought together internationally renowned researchers from the four partner universities who discussed the real impact and limitations of different economic tools aimed at direct decisions towards more sustainable solutions.
A team of Ecole Polytechnique’s students has won the tenth Tournament of Young French Physicists, qualifying for the International Physicist’s Tournament (IPT) to be held at the Ecole Polytechnique from April 23rd to 29th.
