Sébastien Lecornu, Minister of the French Armed Forces, was on hand to inaugurate the Research Department of the Ministerial Agency for Artificial Intelligence in Defense (MAAID) at École Polytechnique, and announced the construction of a Defense Institute on the School’s campus.
